E X P O 2 0 SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE ON ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE (CCIA 2022)
"José Antonio Echeverría", Technological University of Havana, CUJAE is pleased to call for the scientific, academic and professional community to the 20th edition of the SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE ON ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE ( CCIA for its Spanish acronym to be held from November 28th to December 2rd, 2022. The conference will take place at the Havana International Conference Center, Cuba, within the framework of the activities of our 58th ANNIVERSARY.
A scientific fair-related exhibition will take place in line with the symposium at the main lobby of the Havana International Conference Center, venue of the event. In this fair, entities, organizations, universities, laboratories and specialized firms, from home and abroad, will have an exceptional opportunity to exhibit and market their equipment, literature and other materials close to the event topic.

The interior modular stand price is $500 CUP per square meter during the whole period of the exhibition, and it includes:
- Stand assembly
- Electricity consumption up to 500 w
- White modular panels of 2.42 x 94.8 meters
- 2 Credentials
- Name badge according to the contracted square meters
- Label with the firm’s name
- Stand cleaning
- Security of samples after the exhibition closure
- Participation in the activities of the event
- Participation certificate
The smallest stand to be assembled has 9 square meters (3 x 3 meters).
If you wish to make your own design, the non-assembled space price is ------- / square meter during the whole period of the exhibition. The smallest stand to be contracted has 9 square meters (3 x 3 meters).

The assembly of stands with PLADUR is not allowed.
National exhibitors who do not trade in foreign currencies pay in MN, those that sell in foreign currencies pay 50%. Payment must be made no later than the week before the event.
The location in the plan will be according to the applications receipt and the Organizing Committee approval.
Facilities will be given to contract audiovisual aids, furniture and other offers depending on the current rates at the time of the contracting.
The information regarding rates, participation rules, and consignments conditions will be obtained through the Fair-related exhibitions department of the Havana International Conference Center.
