Accepting notification of works	October 15th , 2024
Closing date for works that some recommnedations were made	October 30th, 2024

After the date of October 15, 2024, work will be received to present at the event, but the Organizing Committee does not commit to its inclusion in the reports.

All authors will be notified of the receipt and acceptance or not of the work as soon as they are received.

Undergraduate students must present an official letter from the university to certify their condition and to be able to pay ON-LINE they must send to the organizing committee before paying the letter to authorize it, or they can pay by presenting the letter at the time of accreditation.
